About the watches

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a gemstone made of silicon carbide. The moissanite in our watches is lab-created, graded VVS1 for clarity and EF for color, and cut as round brilliants.

Do moissanite watches pass a diamond tester?

Most handheld thermal diamond testers read moissanite as diamond, because it conducts heat in a similar way. Multi-testers that also check electrical conductivity can tell moissanite from diamond. We describe our stones as moissanite, never as diamond.

What are the cases made of?

The cases and bracelets are stainless steel. Most cases measure 41mm; check each product page for the exact size.

What kind of movement do the watches use?

Every watch uses an automatic movement, which winds itself as you wear it. If it stops after a few days off the wrist, wind it at the crown and set the time.

How do I clean an iced out watch?

Wipe the stones with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Keep the watch away from water, perfume and strong magnets.

Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. International shipping is available to selected regions and is charged by weight and destination.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched the same or next business day after payment. US delivery then takes about 7 to 10 business days. You get a tracking number by email once your order ships. See the shipping policy.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. The watch must be unworn and unused, with its tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Contact us first; items sent back without a return request are not accepted. See the refund policy.
